Nationwide Shipping

Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery costs 90 ZAR nationwide across South Africa and is free of charge for orders over 700 ZAR. Courier delivery takes approximately 24 to 72 hours to main centres (depending on your location). For outlying areas, this may take slightly longer. If you have not received your order within this timeframe or have any other queries, please reach out to us at hayley@themedaskincare.co.za.

Exchanges and Refunds

We hope that you are happy with the products purchased from our online store. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at hayley@themedaskincare.co.za within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Please include your reason for requesting a return/exchange and photos of the product, including the batch number and best before (BB) date. We will offer an exchange, refund or replacement on items returned on the condition that they are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Should you request a return or exchange, you will be liable to pay for the courier costs incurred. Prior to processing an exchange or refund, we will evaluate the condition of the goods being returned. Any additional funds will be sent to you in the form of online store credit.
